Iminamuck is a small farm located on the East of Melbourne. At Iminamuck we follow the seasons and our main goal is to look after the land.
My family (Fred my partner, our children Blaise, Hector, Antoinette and Flora) and I, Jemimah, decided it was time to settle after travelling from Belgium in France and Australia, to get back on the land. This is when we bought the 14 acres Iminamuck property in the Yarra Ranges. Here we have become self sufficient, with a focus on growing whole nutrient rich food without harmful chemicals.
We moved here in 2015, and a week later my first 2 Anglo-Nubian goats joined us and started Iminamuck Anglo-Nubian Goat Stud, an abundant veggie patch, along with chicken, ducks and the new build netted orchard.
Early in the journey, I studied Permaculture and Regenerative Agriculture. Iminamuck is designed following this principles with the importance to enhance the biodiversity, the health of the soil and the health of our animals.
We quickly achieved an abundance of rich fresh whole food and this is when my passion for Cheesemaking kicked in.
In 2020, we started building Iminamuck Artisan Cheesemaking to be able to sell our beautiful Goat Cheese and Goat Milk to our community (still in construction).
We also produce a luxury soap, Iminamuck Soap, borned from our desire to have a gentle Soap that does not irritate our skin made of Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our fresh Goat Milk. The sale of the soaps supports the build of the Artisan Cheesemaking.

Jemimah
Jemimah has a master in Biology and is passionate about sustainability and ecology. She studied also permaculture and regenerative agriculture. Jemimah is the founder of Iminamuck, looks after the goats and handcrafts cheese and soap.

We acknowledge the traditional
